How long does it take to receive my order?
Please allow the artist 3-5 business days to complete your customized faux magazine cover. After that, shipping estimates are about a week, so from the moment you purchase, you can expect your DOGUE By Gina original in about 2 weeks. Rush orders are available upon request (outside of holiday season) for an extra charge. We cannot guarantee a rush order between the months of November and January but we will do our very best to accommodate you.

Is this a real magazine?
No. These are funny products that go for "the magazine look." A faux magazine cover, if you will.

What are the finished product sizes including the frame?
The small is 9.75 x 11.75 inches.
The large is 16.25 x 20 inches.

No. We made it easy. Once you add your favorite theme to your cart, there is a place for you to upload your photo as well as tell us a bit about your dog so we can further customize it and really make it special.

Is DOGUE By Gina a magazine?
Nope, we make funny faux magazine covers featuring your fur baby to serve as hilarious decor to hang proudly in your home or office.

Does DOGUE By Gina ship internationally?

Are items returnable?
Since these are customized, they are not returnable. However, if you receive your package damaged upon arrival, definitely contact us and we will work with you to replace it as timely as possible.
