Refund policy
Because our items are custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive your item(s) damaged upon arrival, please email info@doguebygina.com and we will work with you to replace the item(s) as quickly as possible.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you do receive your item(s) damaged upon arrival, in order to be eligible for a replacement, all items must have never been removed from the box and original packaging. If items are removed from the original packaging at any point, those items would be ineligible for a replacement.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a replacement.
If your replacement is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.
